I FELT I must write to you to inform you on how both Chorley FM and the MIdsummer Festival have had a great effect on the community.

Since they have started this summer, I feel it has increased morale within the community and given Chorley an identity which has been awaited.

I hope that the festival and Chorley FM become regular things as I feel they are vital for a community to have.
