VISITORS to this year's Royal Lancashire Show on July 27, 28 and 29 will find it hard to leave the County Council's Marquee because it is offering the best programme of events, activities and exhibitions yet.
Among the many activities and attractions are a children's musical workshop, folk music, barn dancing, art and craft and digital photography demonstrations by staff from Alston Hall, Lancashire College and the Adult College Lancaster.
The ever popular County Hall Singers and Lancashire Sinfonietta will be entertaining visitors while Artist in residence, Howard Bates, will create masterpiece oil paintings.
Actors from the Bringing History Alive team will bring Lancashire's heritage to life while storytelling sessions will be held by the Library Service.
The Lancashire Marquee is open from 9am until 5pm each day.
