RESIDENTS in Bolton are being given the chance to 'chip in' with ideas to relieve congestion on the M60 motorway between Eccles and Simister.
A series of public exhibitions will be held to give drivers using the motorway and residents living nearby, to opportunity to put their views forward.
Visitors will be offered five chips each to 'spend' in the way they believe will best help reduce congestion.
The choices include; taking freight off the M60, a wider M60, increasing the cost driving and improving bus and coach travel.
The exhibition will be at Bolton's Victoria Centre on Thursday between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
