BOLTON pacesetters are being urged to put their best foot forward and go a long way for a worthy cause.
Townsfolk entering the Manchester Marathon, which takes place on September 23, are being urged to run to help raise cash for Help the Aged.
Sponsor forms and other help will be provided by the area event co-ordinator Barbara Harris. Funds raised will help to help elderly people across the region.
