ONE car was destroyed and a van damaged in separate arson attacks in Radcliffe in the early hours of today.
At 1am a Ford Fiesta van which had been left unattended in the car park of the local Metrolink station was attacked. A small fire had been started in the rear of the vehicle with firefighters quickly putting out the flames. The rear of the van was damaged.
An hour later, a Peugeot 205 car was destroyed by fire. The vehicle had been parked in a car park close to Mather Street.
