BOLTON'S over-60s are invited to take part in the Yours magazine's Silver Stars Talent Contest.
They have the chance of winning a share of the £16,000 overall prize fund, including £1,000 for the winner.
Talented pensioners across the country will be taking part in more than 50 local heats for the chance to go on to the grand final in Southport on June 6.
The Bolton heat is on Saturday at Dixon Green Labour Club, Farnworth.
A second heat is on May 11 at Breightmet Labour Club and the final on May 24 at the Albert Halls.
