MEMBERS of the public are invited to commemorate someone or something special by dedicating a bench in the beautifully restored gardens at Smithhills Hall.
As part of the ongoing restoration of Smithills Gardens, Bolton Council is offering members of the public an opportunity to dedicate a specially constructed oak bench with cast iron sides, bearing an architectural motif that appears on the hall itself.
Benches will cost £500 including plaque and installation. For further information call Bolton 334151.
