A TEENAGER accused of attacking an elderly pensioner in Radcliffe has appeared before magistrates.
The 15-year-old, who comes from Radcliffe, is charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent against Mr John Conwell. The 68-year-old man suffered extensive injuries during an incident which is alleged to have occurred in Water Street, Radcliffe on April 28.
The youth was remanded into custody and the case was adjourned until May 10.
