MANCHESTER Poetry Festival has introduced new initiatives to welcome visually and hearing impaired communities.
The festival runs from October 4 to 13, and will feature audio-cassettes, Braille and large print copies of the programme, a fully accessible website using Webspeak and interpreters.
Poet Laureate Andrew Motion will be at this year's event.
