EVER since the Council took over the issuing of parking tickets, I have read and heard numerous complaints about their attitude in carrying out this task.

The Council have as good as said in this newspaper that they are operating a zero tolerance to parking offences.

Fair enough. So the next time a traffic warden parks his or her scooter on double yellow lines to issue a ticket, will they be issuing one for themselves too, paid for out of their own wages?

If we going to have no exceptions, then it should mean no exceptions.
