IN answer to your report on bins for dog mess. I am sure it is the hedge by the side of our house.
Sure enough, the dog mess is in bags, but not taken home. All the little surprise parcels are left for us to clear up -- 16 parcels found at the last hedge cutting. I spoke to one lady, but got abuse back. All I can say is 'watch this space' as I won't talk next time. I will report.
