BOLTON's new community college is already off to a good start before it has officially been launched. It has received a Guidance Advice Board Accreditation for its education advice work.
Liz Orr, guidance worker at the college said: "I am thrilled that we have got his award, especially as it includes the advice work we do at Clarence Street Adult Centre and Westhoughton New Bury and Brownlow Fold Community Learning Centres."
