COUNCILLORS will visit the site of controversial proposals to build a barn and stables opposite Blackrod County Primary School.
School chiefs have opposed the proposal for a stone and slate barn with three stable units which they claim will result in increased traffic and parking problems on Manchester Road. A decision will be taken on April 5.
