IN tonight's BEN (Wednesday, March 21) regarding the 'doggy bins'. Why shouldn't people take their own dog's mess home to their own bin?
Who do they expect to enjoy emptying a communal bin, with various 'pongs' etc? To place such a bin in a park or public place is offensive, in my opinion.
