I MUST complain strongly about the state of Bolton Market public toilets.
As a regular Tuesday customer, I have to, from time to time, use the toilets. They are disgusting.
Graffiti is all over the place and more than once using the cubicles I have, to my disgust, found some weirdo looking at me through gaping holes in the walls. This situation, I should imagine, will attract all sorts of perverts.
Is it not about time Bolton Council cleaned up their act and also their public toilets.
