UNWANTED visitor Brendan Cawley refused to accept police advice to leave his ex-girlfriend alone.
Bury magistrates heard how the 34-year-old turned up one afternoon at his former partner's home in St Andrew's Road, Radcliffe.
Mr Nicholas Beckett, prosecuting, said: "The former partner lives at the house with her three children, including a ten-week-old baby of which the defendant is the father.
Cawley, also of St Andrew's Road, was told to leave by the police but he returned hours later.
He was arrested after he was found banging on the door. He was drunk.
Cawley who admitted behaving in a manner whereby a breach of the peace was committed was bound over in the sum of £100 for a period of 12 months.
