I FEEL I have to write regarding the treatment we are getting as season ticket holders, and the apparent lack of concern for its supporters that the club is showing.

The matter was brought to a head at the recent Blackburn home game on February 24, when many Bolton fans were complaining of Blackburn fans sitting in the home section. My wife and I had two Blackburn fans sat next to us and more behind. We had to endure a very unpleasant evening resulting in questioning our future support.

We purchased our seats in the LOV which stated 'members exclusive use', so why do we have to tolerate visiting fans? There is an acceptance by the club that contrary to league rules, seats in the home section are being sold to away fans (every home game the speaker in the LOV asks for the away fans to identify themselves!)

Reading the BEN, it would appear that standing is seen as a bigger threat than non- segregation, but perhaps the sale of a ticket is always the priority.

In any other place of entertainment, a ruined evening would be met with a refund and a definite aim to take corrective action.

Please could you let me have your views and comments as to why we should continue to support the club given that the support does not seem to be appreciated?
