THE housebuilders, who are about to set about the RO site, are keen to establish a 'steering group' with the councils and planners.
There is no need, Chorley Council has the bounciest rubber stamp and the brightest green light imaginable!
Come on, all of you concrete merchants, the RO won't last long, there is still lots of countryside to go at yet. The councillors may even buy some of your houses.
