RADCLIFFE Boro manager Kevin Glendon has included top rated striker Neil Hardy in his squad for the home Unibond Division One encounter with Guiseley.

The free scoring forward has been out for two months with a knee injury but has improved quite dramatically over the last few days.

He could well resume his involvement earlier than anticipated with a place on the subs bench. Phil Power who joined Boro from Altrincham last week made a scoring start for the club with the first goal in Tuesday's 2-2 draw at Trafford and is set to make his Stainton Park debut. Goalkeeper Danny Hurst and defender David Bean picked up knocks in the midweek game but both are expected to be fit for the Guiseley game.

Ramsbottom United look to make further inroads on the leading pack in the NWCL Division One in the home clash at the Riverside Ground with struggling Flixton.

Tenth placed United with games in hand on all rivals welcome back central defender Neil Wallace who missed the 2-1 cup exit at Newcastle Town on Tuesday night.

Two players have suspensions coming up to commence on February 26 with defender Mark Thomas set to miss one week and utility man Danny Goodall three.

Regulations

Atherton Colls travel to top ten side Rossendale United looking for a first win since manager Chris O'Brien took over 14 games ago.

Daisy Hill and Atherton LR clash at New Sirs in the Division Two Trophy Round One replay with the tie having been subject to a rule amendment by the NWCL committee.

Under existing regulations players had to be signed on seven days prior to the original tie which was way back at the beginning of December. This left LR, who have had a change of management since the 2-2 draw at Crilly Park, with just four players available who have figured in new team boss Alan Lord's squad. The ruling has been amended to permit the inclusion of players signed before January 27. The game has a 2.30pm kick off.
