The Bolton-based firm plc is to hold a climbing wall challenge at Birmingham's NEC in order to raise the money, which will be donated to their charity of choice.
It recently donated £3,000 to the Tom Wadsworth Cancer Appeal in Bolton, is the manufacturer of a conservatory roof system called K2. Its competitors and more than 12 representatives from various companies associated with K2 will be taking part.
A spokesman for the company said: "The Group is committed to supporting charity and is pleased that it is able to set such an adventurous challenge in the cause of charity donation. Pictured are members of the Burnden Group's abseiling team including Barry McMahon, Alan Green and Anthony Wilkinson
