IN response to the article "Why I'm so fed up what Fred has to say about life" (BEN February 2) I do not understand why anyone carries on reading what they regard as 'clap-trap' week after week.
I, for one, find Fred Shawcross' articles humorous and witty with a high-entertainment content and I hope that he will keep on writing them for many years to come.
At least Fred has the confidence in his convictions to add his name to his writings which is more than can be said of this reader who withheld theirs.
