THE shape of the North-west over the next 20 years comes under the spotlight.
Various groups will meet in Manchester today to discuss the draft Regional Planning Guidance, a framework for identifying where new housing could be built and looking at priorities for the environment, transport, economic development and agriculture.
The 12-day is at the Victoria and Albert Hotel, with 100 organisations and individuals invited to take part.
