A MAN alleged to have raped an elderly woman has again appeared before magistrates.
The court at Bury adjourned the case against 58-year-old Henry Lasota of Radcliffe Road, Bury, until February 26. Conditional bail was granted.
Lasota is charged with raping the 79-year-old woman in January.
