FARNWORTH Performing Arts Company, formerly Farnworth AODS, welcomes a happy mix of new and familiar faces in its next production, The Merry Widow.

The show at the Albert Halls runs from March 26 to 31, and Judith Riley will feature in the role of the widow Anna Glavari.

Danilo will be played by Simon Westreel . Both are newcomers to the Bolton area, but have worked extensively with the director, Anthony J Williams, in other districts.

However, the flag will be kept flying for Farnworth's own members, by Alyn Christie who plays Camille, Janice Lewis as Valancienne, and Cyril Armstrong as Baron Zeta. All three are familiar faces to Farnworth audiences.
