THREE men facing charges as part of a police anti-drugs crackdown, are to be committed to the Crown Court for trial.
They were arrested as part of Operation Venice run by undercover police over the summer and autumn.
Appearing before Bury magistrates were Peter Skidmore, aged 21, of Croyden Avenue, Royton, who is charged with two counts of supplying heroin and five charges of supplying diamorphine.
Kamran Khan, also 21, from Stamford Street, Heywood, is charged with four counts of supplying heroin and two of possession with intent to supply.
Sucklene Shah, 21, of Church Road, Newbold, Rochdale, is charged with three matters of supplying heroin, 12 of supplying diamorphine and one of possession with intent to supply. The cases was adjourned until January 11. All three were bailed and Khan and Shah were ordered to surrender their passports as a condition of their bail.
