HAN Introductory Certificate in Supervision and Management run by the Bolton Training Group was a success in Horwich.
It covered issues such as waste reduction, shorter down time at machine change-over, how to improve staff motivation and boost sales. Attendees included supervisors, junior managers and owner managers from NWest firms.
Those who undertook a worthwhile work-based project received a certificate through Bolton Institute from Shelley Parkinson, Regional Education Officer, who presented the certificates on behalf of ISM.
