I AM writing to say how saddened I am to read about the death of Bob Hill, the newspaper seller.
I'm sure others will agree what a lovely, friendly and pleasant man he was, it was a pleasure to see his smiley face every day.
I bought my paper from him and would often see him in Crompton Place on my way home from work. We would walk through together and have a chat. I'm sure he'll be sorely missed.
