WE hear so many complaints about our hospital. I would like to say that about four weeks ago I was on E4 Ward and, during that time, I never heard a wrong word from any member of the wonderful staff, sisters and nurses. Everyone was made to feel like a guest. The friendliness and care, even in that very busy ward, was the best in England.
Be proud of our wonderful Royal Bolton Hospital. I cannot thank all of you enough.
