MAGISTRATES want pre-sentence reports on a Bury man who drove without due care and attention and three times the drink-drive limit.
Bernard Shires, aged 67, of Laurel Street, admitted the offences and will reappear before Rochdale magistrates for sentencing on January 10. Another drink-drive offence will be taken into consideration.
