MANY people with troublesome neighbours will welcome the news that an officer is being appointed in Bolton to lead a crackdown on anti-social behaviour. Special orders are already in place, although the Council has so far not used any, preferring to keep them as a last resort.
Unfortunately, some people will already be at the end of their tether with neighbours, and help is vital. We look forward to this individual heralding a tougher stance by the Council. It is certainly necessary.
