MANY of us will have been riveted to the TV screens by Superhuman, Professor Robert Winston's remarkable new series about the human body.
But for Westhoughton man David Bradshaw, the series has special significance. David hopes to be fitted with the revolutionary electronic arm featured in last Sunday's programme, to replace the one he lost in a motorcycle accident.
We hope that David gets his "bionic" arm. Anyone with his guts and determination deserves to enjoy the best of the latest scientific miracles.
