BOLTON Wanderers and former Blackburn Rovers star, Per Frandsen, was fined £40 with £35 costs by Blackburn Magistrates after pleading guilty by letter to speeding on the Grane Road at Belthorn. The court heard that Frandsen was clocked doing 55 in a 40mph zone. He would have been dealt with by a fixed penalty notice but he is the holder of a Danish driving licence.
