I WOULD like to request some publicity in an attempt to trace former members of No 848 ROYAL NAVAL HELICOPTER SQUADRON -- the first British troop lifting helicopter squadron, which pioneered this work in the Malayan Jungle from December 1952 to December 1956.
In recent years, many have been traced and an 'all ranks' reunion is planned for later this year.
