RALPH SNAPE'S concern regarding traffic in Devonshire Road is apt but his timing is a bit out.
I am happy to tell your readers that I have already brought this problem to the attention of County Councillor Richard Toon, Chairman of Highways and Councillor Adrian Lowe of Chorley Borough.
Councillor Lowe is at this moment working with his officers to provide a solution to the problem.
