A BOLTON teenager had a knife held to her throat during a terrifying early morning subway attack.
The 18-year-old victim was grabbed from behind as she walked in the underpass between Churchbank and Castle Street, Bolton, on Sunday morning.
Her dirty-faced attacker pushed a kitchen knife against her neck as he demanded she hand over her handbag containing £3 in cash and a mobile phone.
The 6ft tall man, who was of a medium build with shoulder length dirty hair, a grimy face and stubble, escaped on foot. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, three-quarter length coat and blue jeans.
Anyone with information about the attack, just after midnight, are asked to contact Bolton police on 0161 872 5050 or Crimestoppers on free phone 0800 555111.
