A HORWICH pub is hoping to entice business folk -- with the promise of boosting their brainpower. The Blundell Arms, on Chorley Old Road, specialises in fresh fish and seafood and the pub is using research by the Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition at North London University as proof their choice of food is a good one. Landlord Neil France said: "We understand that eating at least two portions of oily fish each week can protect the brain and help it to function well."
