COULD any of your readers either in the legal profession or the police force give me some up-to-date information on the following:
Is it legal or illegal for cyclists of all ages to ride their bikes on the pavements?
Yesterday, my husband and I were walking past the police station in the town centre, when we were nearly run down, only to have two fingers put up at us.
We live on the A58 road and this happens on a daily basis, no lights or horns.
Never a policeman to check this problem, or checking on the illegal parking also on the pavement.
