WHILE our report that Bolton children lose out in the "lottery of life" made depressing reading, we still feel a positive approach to the situation is necessary.
As we move into the new Millennium, everyone should be working towards improving the situation.
Bolton MP Brian Iddon says this Government is committed to ending social exclusion and work has already started. Good. We trust the Government will continue to plough resources into the town's poorer areas.
