THE Bolton-based Excellence North West organisation is holding its next meeting on March 29 at Manchester Airport.
The speaker will be Colin Stephens, Business Excellence Manager with BT Payphone - a 1998 UK Quality Award Winner.
He and colleagues will give a presentation on "Our Quality Journey" at the event in the Atlantic Suite, Terminal 2 at 6.30pm.
