I was astonished to read Cllr John Walsh's letter arguing in terms of fairness against the imposition of charges on food outlets.
Isn't this the same Councillor John Walsh who supported Margaret Thatcher's Poll Tax which imposed the same charges on dukes as it did dustmen?
