I WAS reading, or should I say walking over the paper, when an article caught my eye.

My good friend, Rover, had written to the newspaper. I also believe that we dogs shouldn't be penalised for doing our stuff. I, and many others, do not do anything in the street, up the tree trunk and in the odd bush yes, but that's nothing compared with what you humans do like cars, factories and oil in the sea.

I hope many other dogs agree with me.
