BY day he serves pizzas, but by night Adam Naisbitt is a composer of musicals.

The 19-year-old from Willand Drive, Bolton, has spent the past three years working on Dead of Night, a musical about vampires, with a love story twist.

And now, Adam, who works at the Pizza Hut branch in Deansgate has set up a production company, Raven Productions, and is hoping, with the help of backers, to stage the musical himself later this year.

A percentage of any profits will go to two children's charities.

Former Withins School pupil Adam said: "Both charities help children achieve what they want to do. By putting on this musical I'm hoping to help other people avoid what I went through. I always wanted to stage my own musical but for a long time I was working on my own without any help. It might sound a bit cheesy but it's true."

Dream

But now Adam has got support to achieve his dream. He's managed to persuade Pizza Hut, The Last Drop and Nigel Ashton from Elite Thai Boxing to back his project.

Using Nigel Ashton's expertise, Adam is hoping to introduce an element of martial art dance into his musical.

The next stage in achieving his dream is to recruit the cast and production staff.

And he's keen to hear from talented locals who would like to take part.

Anyone interested should send a photograph, details and a SAE to Adam at 17 Willand Drive, Bolton BL2 6TG by January 27.
