SIR: May I express my, and my family's gratitude, to the couple who helped me when my father collapsed at the Bolton v Blackburn match on April 11.
My father had had a heart attack, and the gentleman rang for an ambulance while his wife stayed with me.
They also drove my car down to the Royal Bolton Hospital, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately my father passed away, but may I say how grateful I was for their help and the kindness shown to me.
