SIR: Recently our Guide Company, 49th Bolton held a Blue Peter Bring & Buy sale in aid of the appeal to help young people with Cystic Fibrosis. Thankfully we have no direct experience of this disease, but it could have affected any of our children from birth.
We thank everyone who supported our sale under the Centenary Canopy in Victoria Square. We raised £203 and also had a lot of fun in the process. Bolton shoppers were cheerful and friendly and I am proud of all the Guides who helped.
