TWO special events are taking place at the Victoria Hall, Bolton, as part of the centenary celebrations of the Bolton Methodist Mission.
On Saturday, October 25, at 7.30pm there is Songs in Celebration with Nigel Swinford of the BBC Songs of Praise, Bolton Choral Union, Bolton Male Voice Choir, soloists and a jazz trio/quartet.
At 7.30pm on Saturday, November 15, there is another celebration concert in support of Spurgeon's Child Care. The United Christian Singers will be performing and there will be a drama called Food for Thought.
Tickets for both events are available from Booth's Music, Churchgate; Wesley Owen, Deansgate, and the Victoria Hall Shop, Knowsley Street.
