SIR Tom Farmer, Chairman of Kwik Fit, is to speak at a business dinner at the Last Drop Village on Thursday.
The dinner, organised by Bolton Bury TEC, is part of National Investors in People Week. It is open to all organisations either committed or recognised as Investors - or those who wish to become more involved.
A BBTEC spokesman said Sir Tom, a Director of Investors in People UK, had long recognised effective employee development as essential to the profitability of a company.
