SIR: I would like to comment on the letter of Saturday October 26 'BWFC do not care'. I have followed BWFC since 1969/70 and for the last few years have been a season ticket holder.
Over the last couple of years I have contacted the club asking for various favours, ie taped get well messages from the players, autographed articles and complimentary tickets for various legitimate causes and I can honestly say the staff at BWFC have done everything possible to grant my requests. Being a professional football club they must receive numerous requests for different things and I am sure they oblige wherever possible.
Because the writer of last Saturday's letter did not receive a reply there were probably many good and honest reasons why not and to criticise the club through local media is definitely not the answer and is very childish.
To all staff at BWFC, thank you and keep up the good work.
