A BURY motorcyclist involved in a head-on crash at the weekend in which another biker died is improving in hospital.
Andrew McKenzie, 34, of Norwich Street, was in a stable condition at the Royal Preston Hospital this morning.
He was badly injured after his Yamaha 1000cc collided, with a machine of the same make, in the Trough of Bowland, on Sunday afternoon.
The other driver, John Malone, 34, of Bootle was killed instantly.
