SIR: The Stroke Association is urgently looking for people in your area who have recently incorporated exercise into their lifestyle, to take part in research for Stroke Week (September 30-October 6).
It is vital that The Stroke Association learns more about the exercising habits of local people who may or may not have had a stroke. Whether you have taken up swimming, cycling, joined an exercise class or just started to garden or walk the dog more often, we want to hear your reasons why, and how you feel it will benefit your health.
If you can help, please call Paula Miles on 0171 490 7999 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm for an informal interview.
