A TASTER course on community journalism takes place at Westhoughton Community Centre throughout August and September.
The six week course is open to anyone interested in setting up a community newsletter in the area. Don't worry if you have no knowledge or previous experience as the aim is to learn as you go along.
If you would like to help put together a magazine that offers local information and news pop along to the Community Centre in Central Drive next Tuesday at 9.30am.
The group will be informal and made up of local people. A creche is available for young children.
